Marked on the pin ‘for 56 Zolodnik, St. Petersburg 1908-26 and K. BOKH’ in cyrillic. On the silk lining inside the etui stamped in cyrillic ‘K. Bokh St. Petersburg Moscow under the Imperial Warrant’.

Karl Iohannovich Bokh (Bok, Bock) was born in 1851. In 1911 he received the Imperial Warrant as a court supplier. Bokh participated in the 1900 World Exhibitions in Paris and in the All-Russian Exhibition in Nizhny Novgorod, 1896. He was the owner of the “Arnd” Trade House and also had shops in Bolshaya Morskaya in Petersburg, where the best jewellery shops were located.
