French glass has its own distinctive feel, it’s heavier and the decoration is beefier and more masculine. Though unmarked, this carafe it is highly suspected this carafe made by Baccarat, as it exhibits its hallmark simple fluting to the neck, circular facets on the shoulder and a heavy crystal body. It has no stopper and probably never had one, being used to serve a distinctive chilled Chardonnay straight from the barrel in the cellar of your chateau.
